Our Domestic Violence for Victims program is an online, education-focused class designed to help you understand what happened to you, strengthen your safety, and reclaim your voice. As survivor-informed educators, we approach this work with great care, respect, and confidentiality.
Together, we cover the dynamics of abuse, how control and manipulation work, the impact of trauma on your body and mind, and early warning signs that escalation may be coming. You will also learn practical safety planning steps, how to document incidents, and how to set and protect boundaries with current or former partners.
You may attend voluntarily or to meet court, attorney, or agency recommendations, with various program lengths available. You can participate from a private location online, which reduces the risk and stigma of in‑person groups. Our goal is for you to leave feeling more informed, less alone, and better equipped to make decisions that protect you and, if applicable, your children.
